Valdivia’s Province Governor declared Transandes Challenge as an Activity of Tourist Interest.

On past September 16th, Mr Alejandro Acuña Gildebrandt, Governor of Valdivia´s Province, signed the resolution that declared Transandes Challenge like a Tourist Interest Activity due to the value and diffusion that the race gives to the touristic attractions and products of Valdivia´s Province.
This resolution was widely publicized by several regional press media, highlighting the importance of the realization of this kind of events in the province.
We are grateful with Mr. Governor to give such recognition to Transandes Challenge.

We also want to thanks to Mr. René Aravena, Panguipulli’s city mayor, for the warm reception he gives to Transandes Challenge. In a meeting held on thursday september 15th, the mayor thanked to the Transandes organization for choosing Panguipulli as the start point of the race, assessing the benefits that this initiative provides to the community. In turn pledged their support and sponsorship to the race, a situation that we appreciate.
